A Mother's Wait

Her eyes waited so long now its down for forever
Once he was her’s light and now reason of darkness
Once he was the one she lived for
She loved and nurtured him
Because he was her only son.

She made him strong but not enough to let her go
She taught everything except living without her
In happiness and illness she stood alongside
She fought alone her every way
Because she was a single parent.

Yet one day he left her to be mourned alone
To move on with his life because now she was old
He found his love and moved for future
His way was different, his goals were far-far away
Because he never returned to her mother.

It was a just a wooden branch For him his reminder of the world His only reason to exist His last smile. It was just a wooden branch For him his precious gift from stranger His only sensation he can feel His last hope.

What have i done Wrong?

Why it’s wrong if i love both the same Why does it concern you if i want both They treat me as their queen They love me unconditionally They really care for me They protect me, they make me smile Why society can’t accept us Why can’t i marry both when even they don’t mind Why my parents think of me as abomination What have i done wrong?
